Cell C call centre not reply
What is the use of the call centre of Cell C. This morning ( 16/2/21) I called the contract department. I asked to speak to the supervisor about my problem of 3 weeks now and was told the supervisor will call me back within 30 minutes. Needless to say that did not happen and I am sure it would not happen. I am still waiting for feedback on a complaint Ref No *** from 3 weeks ago. I know what is the problem but I am not allowed to say it.
