Cell C Call Centre *********** with bad attitude

I ordered a Cell phone contract on line, I was assisted by a guy called Vusi Masia, who after two to 3 weeks of waiting for the phone and the wife router decided to deliver a moderm as opposed to the router. Now after contacting this guy on email and going back and forth with him , I still have not received the router I had asked for. All i have been getting from Vusi Masia is lies and pure bad attitude. I am now losing business because i still can't connect to the internet as i do not have data for my new phone.. I would not recommend Cell C to my family , friends and co -workers. They have disregard for the people they service the very same people who keep them in business. What the do not realise is that they are in business because of paying customers like myself .You are treated like they are doing you a favour or you are not a paying client.
