Cell C call center pathetic - they hardly ever answer calls
I took out a new contract with Cell C for a WiFi modem, but alas, I could not get my modem working, and then after numerous attempts to get hold of the call center at Cell C, I finally decided to evoke my right to cancel the contract within 7 days. Their call center is always busy, an no-one answers at all. You hold on for literally hours on end. I will never use Cell C again.
