CELL C CALL CENTER

( Cell C Call Center. ) I was debited with a contract that was suppose to be cancelled, Not only did they debit me for 2 months, but they did not even give me the data for that debit, so what did they take money for ? I have logged this case 2 months ago, since then I have been calling the call center and I've spoken to numerous agents, team leaders and managers, and to date I'm still ignored, no feedback ? WHATS MY NEXT STEP ?
