Cell C

I am so disappointed in Cell C because i recieved a email saying that i am owing them R295 from last year of the sim card i took out with them the person that assited me with this sim card did not explain to me for how long i will pay this sim card and when they took off the 295 i did not understand why and i reversed that money back i called the call center and spoke to a lady that told me for months now i havent had money in my account and i havent been paying Cell c and i told her that was impossible because i always make sure i have money in my account .They Sent me another email saying when do they expect the payment and that i can make the payment arrangments.The email said i should pay it in feb before the 27th of Feb.I did send them a email back saying i will try to pay it before that date or the end of the month when i get paid that was my payment arrangment.I than made the payment on the 22nd of Feb Via Eft my sister did it for me and i also send Cell C the POP. They than send me a email back saying that they did get my POP and Thank you. I than called the call center again to comfirm the payment when i spoke to one of the agent they said that they got my POP and they will attach it to my account so everything is fine on my side i wont have any problems .Everything was fine from there till i got an email on the 18 April 2020 from Nthabiseng Lehola saying that i did not pay my Cell C account the amount of R 295 and that my account has been handed over to Hammond Pole Attorneys for collection of the outstanding amount. i than responded to the email on the 18 April 2020 saying that i did make the payment gave her the date of payment 22nd Feb 2020 and once again i did send the POP. i still got no responds from them i have been calling the Cell c call center since the 18 April and still no one could assit me . Today i call into the legal department of Cell c because the agents that i spoke to advised me to call them for the assitance regarding my account becasue they cannot do so go into my account .I spoke to a guy today which also did not assited me from the legal department he said on his side i spoke to one of the agent and made a payment arrangement for the 29 of April 2020 to pay Cell c which i never ever did I did not say that to any agent because i paid alreday . The guy advised me that the agent i spoke to will call me back he did not assit me at all and i could also hear by his tone that he did not want to listen to what i have to say . I am very unhappy with Cell C services and no one can assit me today still.
