Cell C / C Surance TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!

The below review was written on the 7th of December 2021. Just to again illustrate the incompetence of Cell C's Customer service, again nothing has been done to resolve this.

Today it's about 6 weeks later after writing a review on both Hello Peter and their Facebook page. To both of which they responded and said we will be in contact, however, nothing happened, no action was taken.

What is incredible is, I've been a customer of theirs for over 15 years.

The long and the short of the below is this: 1. I took out a contract from Cell C in Feb 2021, from Cell C Tygervalley. The phone was lost towards the end of November 2021. I immediately contacted Cell C about this. 2. Took out their in house insurance called C Surance. Their system was offline and I got emailed a contract, which I signed and sent back via email. I have proof of this, sent to Mikhail from Cell C Tygervalley - ***. 3. For some reason my application was never processed by Cell C Tygervalley, this is ABSOLUTELY their responsibility and I did exactly as was required from me. 4. Once I reported the phone missing, I was told I don't have insurance.

I need this SORTED OUT PLEASE!!

Took out a contract from them in Feb this year, the phone was lost towards the end of November.

The crazy thing is I requested insurance when signing the contract. I was assured this was in place. Their services were "offline", so they sent me an offline contract for third party insurance, this is through Hollard. I signed and returned the contract as requested.

They never activated my Cellphone insurance! I have been waiting for 3 weeks for ANY ANSWER FROM Cell C Tygervalley regarding my "claim"! More than happy to pay the owed premiums.

Their standard answer is "they are investigating" - What could they be investigating, after they did not follow through with their services? I have proof of the signed contract and that it was successfully sent through to them. I tried contacting their regional branch on the number available on the web - ********** - "Number you have dialled does not exist." Any help here would be greatly appreciated. I am at a loss... Shocking service from Cell C, Cell C Tygervalley and Hollard!!!
