Thank you for not assisting me or resolving my problem.
You people have failed to answer my questions or contact me at all.
I will be contacting the Ombudsman to take the matter further.

When we received your review on this platform, we acknowledged it with the aim of rectifying and resolving the matter amicably as we do for all our customers.
We have been trying to get hold of you, our consultant sent you emails and you did not respond any response. C surance also sent you an email with feedback regarding this matter as they were waiting for the documents from the store.
This morning, the consultant forwarded the same email that Csurance sent to your Gmail account to the email address you provided on the 6th of this month and has not received any response from you.
Please cooperate with us and we will sort this matter.
