CELL C & C surance is ****

I cannot believe the ABSOLUTE HORROR in the service I've received from cell c and c surance. All I needed was to fix a cracked screen and I don't even have enerugy left to explain what happened in detail. Basically I waited now altogether 5 months to have my cracked screen fixed of my Ipad and 5 months later it returns STILL CRACKED. I pay my cell phone and insurance bills ON TIME EVERY MONTH and this is the treatment I get!!! C surance staff never return your calls and they make you hold on for atleast 30 mins before taking your call. Larelle was who I dealt with at C surance who NEVER got back to me after I took my time to explain my story to and promised to sort it out and still NO feedback. what am I supposed to do to get my damn Ipad screen fixed??? I should be offered a freaking new I pad NOW!!!!
