Cell C: C surance declining cellphone claim, poor service

Cell C: C-surance
On Monday the 06.06.2016 I made a cellphone claim from C-surance. The claim was made via Vangate Mall. My ****** cellphone was Sumsung Grand Neo plus. I was told that my cellphone was not insured. My question was, why would I make a claim knowing that I didnt take a cellphone insurance? I know for a fact that i took C-surance on the week of the 24.08.2015. I took a Cell C contract cellphone on the 22.08.20 16. In that week I sent an sms to C-surance number and I was called back by C-surance on the cell number I was insuring.
On the first day of the claim I spoke to Simphiwe, 06.06.2016 at about 14:00/14:15 who told me that my cellphone was not insured. I advised him to listen to the voice recording of the week of the 24.08.2015. He told me that he will escalate my case. On 10.06.2016 at 10:38 I made a follow up call and spoke to Ntando Kekana who said that my voice recording was found but they are waiting for a feedback. On 14.06.2016 at 9.39am, I made three follow ups calls. I first spoke to Portia who let me hold until the line cut off and she did not come back to me (as Ntando Kekana did on the 10.06.2016). I called again at 10:07 (14.06.206) I spoke to Lindiwe who promised to get feedback in 2 hours. I called in again 5 hours later at 15:05 (14.06.2016), I spoke to Simphiwe. He said that my voice recording was found and it only plays for 13 minutes. He will have to listen to it carefully, contact IT and take the matter to his superior. He promised to call again later or the following day (15.06.2016) which they did not.
My problem is, when my voice recording was found last week already (on or before 10.06.2016) why didnt C-surance contact me for a feedback. I cannot wait any longer because C-surance is playing hide an seek. My contract is 10 months old. I still have 14 months to pay. That means I will continue paying the cellphone that I don't have while
