Cell C C surance claim

<p>I have a cell C contract and also took insurance from them, I lost my phone on the 26 April 2017 & reported and submitted the claim by th 27 April 2017. Even today i still have not received any response from them, and they are busy taking my monthly instalments but no response.</p> <p>when i call them,i hold forever to be assisted until my call iscut off. Ireally need assistance.i cant afford to buy a new phone because they still take my money.</p>
