Cell C C-surance are ******!!!

WOW where do I start ....well I have been a loyal paying customer for C-surance for a long time now , no missed payments at all. Well when its time for them to pay up!?!!!!....If you love your phone like I did and decide to insure with them I urge you to rethink! go somewhere else. Hollard is actually waaaaay better then these guys. I insured my hauwei P8lite with them , i love the brand it has been great to me i miss my phone :(.. C-surance then tells me it is out of stock to they can either give me a Nokia 1 or a Samsung Grand Time Prime. Never have I been so disappointed ever! What sort of options are these they tell me they can only replace my phone with something with a similar spec! Hello! I understand similar spec but non of these phones have hauwei specs I can tell you that . i tried everything I shouted I cried I even suggested them giving me phone more expensive and I will pay the difference!!! never nothing they do not car about you or your input. I spoke to Vishen he couldn't help me we fought. i was very angry but I could not hold on for long because having a phone is part of my job at work. I hate the phone they forced me to choose I will be canceling my insuracne with them I will never go that route again and Trust me DONT go that route. Can you imagine you insured an iphone 7 only to be given a samsung s7 ABOMINATION!
