Cell C - C Surance - a complete joke.

What a sad joke in getting the insurance cancelled. I have been with Cell C for over 12 years and when I want to move my insurance due to incompetency and constant change in under writers. I am told that I CANNOT change it because they do not have my start date for the policy. The solution given? I must go to the store to get a copy. Now this would not have been a problem if it was a recent acquirement but 6 cities later and about roughly 7 to 8 years down the road, and given about 4 under writers further I have no idea where that contract is and if the store actually still has it. Now I must one day.... Hopefully in the near future a 500 KM drive one way just maybe, go to that branch and see if they still have the documents on system. I am just so disgusted with this whole situation.

And the best is. I still have to pay.
