Cell C - C Surance

On the 31st January 2019 I've booked my phone in for repairs at Cell C Zevenwaght. My claim were approved a few weeks after that and I payed the additional fees to fix my phone. A few weeks had passed on the only then Csurance saw that I made the necessary payments. I kept on calling the store to ask where and how far along my phone is coming. Last week the 29th Friday 2019, I called again to ask where my phone is. Their Explanation were " the phone is done with repairs but there's a back lock at the couriers.

Today 01 April 2019, I still don't have my phone and it's already two months that I've made my monthly payments on my contract. I have had it with the service and the excuses that I've gotten from Cellc
