Cell c c insurance useless

<p>I booked my cellphone on the 13th of May for screen repairs with cell, which is covered with c insurance, cell c repairs generated a qoute on the 15th of May, c insurance has not responded, i have called more than 10 times , all their agents just put me on hold. Cell c is ****** useless, i am going to take my phone and repair at my cost even thou it is covered. CELL C INSURANCE IS ***********, THEY DO NOT HAVE A PROBLEM TAKING MY MONEY BUT DO NOT WANT TO SETTLE MY CLAIMS. I WARN U DO NOT TAKE CELL C INSURANCE ITS A WASTE OF YOUR MONEY.</p>
