cell c by far has the worst service ever

Good day<br> <br> I called in to the customer care line spoke to Khensani,wanted to find out why was I charged R153 when my contract is for R50. This girl was so arrogant she screams at me not wanting to listen to me but I must listen only to her basically she is dictated .I requested she gives me a chance to speak because I dnt understand how all of. A sudden my bill tripled in one month! She tells me I must call in on the 18th so I can cancel whatever it is she was talking and I was not hearing it I mean TRIPLE. It's like when ever I call in for assistance with something somehow I always end up being *****ed over and I am really really tired and frustrated about the service I've had overall its just ridiculous I cnt take it anymore. Please can this be sorted out as I can be going through this and you as the customer are suppose to be calm and just take the abuse well I'm tired of it,please cancel whatever it is that is added to my contract I only took the R50 package because I wanted to keep my insurance now I'm painfully regreting it!!
