Cell C Buy-out: no payment of amount

<p>I was very impressed with the quick transfer of my cellular account to Cell C with the buy-out option. Within a week all the contract details were sorted and I received my new handset - previous supplier cancelled and Cell C activated. It's been a week since I received my handset - no payout of the amount due on the Pinnacle 1 contract. Every e-mail I send I,m requested to forward documentation that was forwarded to the independent consultant already, then thereafter the matter is forwarded to yet another consultant. I just dont get answers.<br />Please. I am so impressed thus far- do not dissappoit me now?</p>
