Cell C Buy Out Gift Card not loaded

I opened a Cell C Epic 650 contract on the 18th May As part of the buy out deal. I received the gift card which was supposed to be loaded with R 6000. 10 days later and the gift card has still not being loaded. After numerous calls to the responsible person for loading the cards, head office and the branch I opened contract, there has been no positive result. I also never get responses as promised.<br> I am due to leave the country for a few months next week and if I have not payed off my Vodacom contract I will have to pay both contracts monthly. This is unacceptable and I demand an immediate outcome. I was very patient with all staff involved but I have exhausted my channels to deal with and this is my last resort. <br> <br> If I do not have action by the end of this week I will be forced to take legal action and refer this to the Consumer Protection Act as part of my right to accountability by supplier as advertised goods have not been delivered.
