CELL C BUSINESS - NOT ALL CONSULTANTS GIVING THE SAME INFORMATION

My Goodness!!!! All I can say, what *********** place. I phoned Cell C with the following VERY EASY REQUEST, can I get a new number for my contract, and the number on the contract be transferred to a prepaid, in order for me to take out yet another contract for personal use, reason why, when I started the business I used my personal number, but as things progress, it has now become a problem, as I am leaving the business phone with my mother to make calls to clients and then, when my kids need to get hold of me, they cant. They know the number by hart already, the reason why I do not want to change my personal number!!!!! BUT RATHER CHANGE THE BUSINESS CONTRACT NUMBER. So I was told, NOT A PROBLEM, we will do a number swop, after two days of running around and ending up with 4 Cell C starter packs, I was just told it can't be done. WHAT THE F.... REALLY.... since last week every time I phoned it was not a problem, and today it is!!!!! What changed since yesterday ..... And how difficult can this be, if I change the number, which I can do, my current number will just be rotated again, why not then just put it on a prepaid for me?????? Duh..... does not make sense, and if I just take out a new contract, why not just swop the two numbers, why did I had to run around???? How DIFFICULT CAN IT BE?????
