Cell C Business has no care for their long time customers.

I requested a contract to be canceled and have my number be registered as a prepaid sim. This was stated 3 times in a letterhead that was need to action this request (this is a business line).

Now they have canceled and deactivated my number completely and after phoning 'customer care' 11 times I just keep getting transferred around and not a single person can help me.

This is embarrassing for Cell C.
