Cell C Bunch of *******

what a bunch of pathetic *******. i had a 3gig data plan and in august one of their consultants called me to say they can see i use more that 30 gigs and offered me a 50 gig plan to which i agreed. a week later another consultant calls me to say I'm paying too much on the 50 gig plan, they are running a special so i said fine as long as the other one is canceled. and he assured me it would be. the next thing i get a statement and I'm being billed for 3 data plans. iv been trying to sort this for the past 6 months and all i get is script reading, clueless call center consultants. cell c are a bunch of *******.
