CELL C BULLYING AN 81 YO

My mom is 81 years old. At the end of her contract she notified CELL C CAPE GATE that she is terminating the contract. They told her what to pay and that the account was clear. Suddenly she started getting threats from a firm of attorneys about an arrears amount. The account apparently had 1 more installment due, even though she was told it was cleared. They also added on extra costs.

Today I accompanied her to CELL C CAPEGATE, where I was told I cannot speak to a credit controller. My mom is in a state, as she has a very nervous disposition being 81. I find it appaling that after being a loyal CELL C Subscriber for almost 20 years,, the company would find it necessary to BULLY and 81 year old. Is this the thanks she gets for 20 years of loyalty? I want the account to be closed properly, and the attorneys being removed off the case.
