Cell C bullies!

Cell C are really not a great provider when it comes to exceptional service. In fact they are pathetic. They overcharged me. Please make sure you analyse your invoices. They overcharged me for 12 months. When I brought this under their attention, they converted me to prepaid. They made me pay a 24 month contract in 12 months while I received benefits for only 12 months. Now they charge me for the contract termination fee??? I did not ask to buy out my contract. It seem they want me to pay twice for their incompetence. Do not let them deduct your money without making 100% sure you are paying what you agreed to pay.
