Cell C bull****

Worst network provider with worst customer service. Network lock handset for a year. After more than a year, still locked and cannot unlock it. Telling lies only to sell products and services. Cannot get hold of anyone to talk to or cancel useless service I was **** about. *********** customer care personnel. Can't even access my account. Still have to suck-it-up for a year before I can eventually cancel my contract with this useless network.
