CELL C BULDOZING CANELATIONS

on 12 January 2018 My Fiance called into CELL C's Retention's Department to Cancel a old Contract where it is out of its initial 24 months Contract and onto a month-month basis( number in question is ********** ), After a Long Struggle with the Retention's Consultant not wanting to Cancel the contract they hung up the phone and we were under the impression the contract was canceled.... only to phone today and make sure the last debit order has gone off... and then only to find out it has not been canceled.... they keep passing the buck and can not tell me why this number is not canceled.... they keep bulldozing my fiance as she is a soft person and struggles to stand up to these sharks....

i have 2 contracts with CELL C and i am a very loyal customer until today, i spend on average R 2000-R2500 per month on those 2 contracts, and have been with cell c for the last 4-5 years.... i can not believe they would treat her like that.... if this is not resolved by weeks end, i will be cancelling my 2 contracts as well and cell c will be losing my business of R 24000.00-R 30000.00 a year... i am fed up with corporation's praying on innocent people and will not tolerate this
