CELL C BS!

As i am waitin on Seipati to call me on Saturday to try to explain why I moved from paying R180 and R190 to paying R363 on a Pinnacle 2 GB offering I asked for now that the contract is terminated; my shock when I get home to this message from Cell C

"Sedzani Nemudiv your Cell C account has been handed over to VVM for the collection of an amount of R367.65. It is in your best interest to contact us for a flexible payment arrangement. WhatsApp ***, reply to this message for us to phone you back or call us on *** ***"

I did put it on record to the man I spoke to on the 1st of February that the R363 doesn't make sense on a Pinnacle 2GB ive had without a handset from the 1st of January to the 13th (since I figure soon as it hits 14th of January my contract is terminated) that I will reverse the amount because I need an explanation.

I will wait still!

JUST GIVE A GOD DAMN EXPLANATION AND NOT A MACHINE ANALYSED RESPONSE BECAUSE SOMEBODY AS I TOLD TGE ALL I WANT IS THE PINNACLE 2GB PACKAGE CLEARLY DID NOT FEED THE MACHINE THAT.
