Cell C Bridge City

I lost my Cell Phone on the 27/05/2021 I bought a phone and went to Cell C Bridge City in KwaMashu, But until today they do not have them, I than bought my own and went to the Branch and was told by Nozipho that they cannot help me because I had failed at Customer Service, but was told by customer service to go the branch.
