Cell C, breach of contract.

My Wife's cellphone contract was in her Mothers name who past away. We had to do a transfer of ownership to maintain the account.

After calling in 9 different times and recieving 12 different calls from Cell C staff wanting to speak to my Late mother inlaw, it was a hard process for my wife to consistently say that her mother had past.

Cell C took 6 months to process a transferal of ownership.

Once the tranfer was finally complete, Cell C started blocking my wifes number for no reason even though the account was up to date. Call after calling we found consultants apologizing to us because they themselves did not know what had happened. After requesting 2 investigations into the acoount and the results coming back that there is nothing wrong, Cell C went on to continue to block my Wife's account.

Today Cell C has cancelled the contract without our permission. The system says that the client has requested it. Which is not the truth.

My wife and I both have Cell C contracts and rely on our Cellphones for income generation.

Cell C is not only in Breach of contract but have also costed my wife time, emotional distress and money.
