Cell C Breach of contract

Poor service On Sunday 8 July we went to Cell C in Mall of the North to upgrade three of our contracts. We received terrible service and eventually left without doing the upgrades. After complaining they drove to our farm to bring us our new phones. One of the problems we had was that we are on a top up contract and the new contract for upgrade was a postpaid. They said we can do the upgrade but we will be paying R100 more per contract(R699 instead of the R599 as was advertised). We insisted that we want the contract for R599. They then said we have to migrate from top up to postpaid but in doing so we will forfeit 1500min that we still had available. We said that is *****ing and we don't want to loose our minutes. They advised that we sign the upgrade on top up at R699 and then we should contact cell c before end of September to migrate from top up to postpaid and then our contract will be the R599 as advertised. However when I visited Cell C in Tzaneen on Wednesday 26 September I was informed that it will be very expensive to migrate. There was never a migration fee mentioned when we were advised on the course to follow. I then contacted Cell C Mall of the North again to do the migration as they advised and once again was informed of a migration fee (previously not mentioned) and was advised to do it end of October. The problem with that is that by that time I will have to pay the R699 x2 instead of the R599x2 as I budget for. I would like Cell C to fix my contracts without costs or give me a very good reason as to why I shouldn't cancel all 3 my contracts.

After two months of no service from Cell C Mall of the North and breach of contract we would like to cancel our contracts and would not refer any one to make use of Cell C mall of the north. It was poor service from the start and nothing of which was promised was delivered. Now suddenly instead of our contracts being R599 as promised our debit order for end of November is R2353.71. Severiano from the Cell C store promised in a message he will be in contact on 13 November and to this date we haven't heard from him.

This must be sorted out before the end of November or Severiano from Cell C Mall of the North can come and fetch the phones and take over the contracts! This is not what we signed up for and definitely is not what they promised us.

The issue with the contracts has been sorted, thank you. But I still question the amount due at the end of November and for that they can't answer my questions. I can't pay R1000 more than other months as I never was in arrears and the invoice makes no sense.

I'm still querying the invoice as we still payed a total of R1435. 59 at the end of October. We didn't get discount as the upgrade kicked in on the 3rd and 7th of October respectively. Why were still invoiced for the full month of October then? So now we are paying double for October?
