Cell C boulders and C-surance hands down TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

I reported my phone ****** at boulders Cell c when I discovered that I had lost it. A few days later i called C-surance to ask what is the hold up only to find out that because I had sent the claim via Cell c boulders they sent the progress to them, apparently some documents where missing from them. I go there after work to ask what they was about and they say oh we didn't realize they sent us this so they sort that out...with much bored attitude might I add. New step is to get feedback if the claim has been approved and what access I am liable for. So the next day ( I know the drill now) I call c-surance only to be told yet again that the progress was sent to cell c boulders., I then tell c-surance that I require the feedback to be sent to me because I am the customer and I will be making the payments. I then go to cell c boulders to do a sim swap and that is when I ask why they didnt tell me about the claim being processed and the amount required for me to pay. One of the girls helping me said , and I quote, " oh no we never check our emails"...to say I was lost for words is an understatement. That is why I requested that c-surance send me my phone somewhere else. They do not know what they are doing half the time. I would never buy anything from cell c through them and as for c-surance thats another review on its own. because of all of this Im moving away from the network as a whole.
