Cell C blues

On 12 December 2020 Cell C deliver a laptop which I bought through their telemarketing. On opening the box I wasn't happy with the product. I immediately contact them to collect the product. They promised me it will be collected the 13 December 2020. I am after 19 months still stuck with it. I have a refence # of one of their agents that he will arrange for collection. I have send numerous mails to Cell C. Cell C outlets don't want to take it because it was a telemarketing. To get hold of them on the phone is also a struggle they have been transferring me from one person to another then the phone will just go dead as it seems they don't wanna listen to complaints. I have now been blacklisted . People be aware of Cell C's modus operandi.
