Cell C blood suckers

Hello Peter I have a problem with Cell C network service provide. I was on a contract with them for 12 months where it was done over the phone. They were giving me 500MB data 50 any network minutes and 50 sms , I was paying 50 -69rand a monthly . Now the contract has lapsed nd they are deducting 124 rand in my account without my consent and the benefits have dropped even worse. When I called them to cancel they told me they can't cancel my contract because I missed 1out of 5 verification question. So I decided to reverse they monthly deductions because I feel like m am being bound to a contract I didn't agree on and if I continue with reversing the money or blocking their access they might ruin my credit record. You're my last hope on this 1.
