I need to sign a form that over writes your security fire wall, which in returns holds me responsible for any charges or leaves my device open for hacking so that you can provide me with internet to be able to stream netflix???????? When it previously has worked fine?????? Having internet speed of 15mb/s, working netflix that is accessed through teamviewer on another pc but directly to my device your firewall is blocking it??????? This is your solution to the problem?????? This is a major concern and one I do believe your cutomers should start being made aware of. Sorry not signing that form. That is not the solution. Stop selling products and then still think you have the control over how it is used. That is the problem!! You have an closed war on netflix as your product Black has failed, and nowyou want to let your customers who supports you, who actually are the ones keeping you in business should go through such pains.
