Cell C Blacklisting.. Don’t even bother.. useless

I tried blacklisting my Iphone with cell c and it was the worst call ever made to a call centre they ask you random questions about you data and airtime recharge and who you last called and who is called the most before telling you no it does not match who remembers info like that and they cant assist you they don't care or even bother asking if you have the IMEI number or the box which I do with me.. In my opinion they are promoting theft of cell phones as they don’t t care that who ever has my phone is using it or not. Im sure the very person that was speaking to me does not even have that information about their own phone.. Worse Cellular Network ever..
