Cell c blacklisting

<p>I called in cellc last week to blacklist my contract fone n the lady who assisted me managed to pick the imei number for me frm the system as its a contract bt somehow her system froze n we coulddnt fo on n she asked me to call again as she couldnt even transfer me to another consultant and today i decide to call in and the lady by the name of princesd fulu gave me an attitude n told me that she cant help me withouth that imei number so o ask her y cant she do that of the other lady tried to help the other day n she tells me she would nt knw.i ant b paying for a phone that is been used somewhere else n i understand if it was a prepaid fone.she can confirm anything she wants to n that i even dod i sim swap..the service is pathetic or maybe the staff is not trained the same way.i just wnt that fone blocked simple</p>
