Cell C blacklisted my MTN phone

Cell C managed to blacklist my legally bought phone that has only ever had an MTN sim card on 3 September 2018. TI have been without a phone since. To unlock it, I had to sign an affidavit that I in fact did not ***** my own phone. I obliged just to be told that I had to specify that I didn't buy the phone from Cell C!!!!! Why would I buy a phone from Cell C if I'm not even a client? Can't they see on their records that my phone has never been linked to a Cell C sim card and they therefor never had the legal right to blacklist it?

I have now been on hold to their legal department for 30 minutes, still no luck.

I am so glad that I am not a Cell C client!!!

I have responded to het email with 2 alternative numbers along with times I will be available. This morning I have again mailed her with my availability fir the day. And still nothing.

I have been without a phone for 2 weeks now with no response from the forensic team.... Do I need to put up a bill board before I get a response!!!!!?????
