Cell C blacklisted me for paid up account

On 17 February I posted a complaint about the Same issue but, as one would expect from this company there was no rectification of the problem or any positive feedback even after 5 months. This is really shocking from a company of Cell c's stature... And should be a dire warning for prospective customers to sign up with this *********** company.

The matter discussed was that my credit report still shows an active (even arrears) cell c account on my name. On 17 Feb I asked you to rectify. You ignored me. Today I tried to apply for something and was told about my 'active arrears' cell c account. I now need to clear this from my credit record or get a letter from cell c stating my account has been successfully closed. The latter should take years to acquire.

Who else but CELL C? CELL C listed me for an account I already have closed and paid up more than a year ago.

Cell C has no regard for other people They will list you on credit buros even if you have no account with them, just to be spitefull... Warning: Be very careful before choosing Cell C.
