CELL C BLACKLISTED A VODACOM NUMBER
Our Samsung Galaxy S5 cell unit, under contract with Vodacom has been blacklisted by Cell C. The phone had been sent for repairs to Samsung, and shortly afterwards was blacklisted by Cell C for no apparent reason. We discovered this after sending an un-blacklisting application to Vodacom who advised us to contact Cell C. After sending Cell C an un-blacklisting application on the 17 February 2015, we followed up on the 27 February 2015, only be be advised that our original case number had been closed. The call centre operator also found it strange that a Vodacom unit had been blacklisted by Cell C. A new case number was opened, (case no. ***). After sending daily emails to Cell C and our Vodacom service provider getting involved, we finally received a call on Saturday. 7 March 2015, advising that the case will only be send to their un-blacklisting department on the 9th or 10th March 2015. In the meantime we are sitting with a cell phone which we cannot use since December 2014. Can someone please help?
