Cell C blacklisted a Vodacom Customer phone in error

I am a vodacom Customer. Last week my Iphone did not get network coverage, We phoned Vodacom and they resetted the network settings. after doing all the check they could it was said it was the device that was faulty. We then in turn went to the I-store and gave my phone in for repair. They've send the phone back and said their is nothing they could do as it has been blacklisted. I phoned the Customer Care department again from Vodacom. They said it could not be because my number never logged a call for a ****** phone but they will check on the IMEI number. They've discovered that Cell C blacklisted my phone and it was assumed that they had to blacklist a Cell C customers ****** phone and got a digit wrong and black listed mine by mistake. Both Vodacom and the I-store said that Cell C is the only one that can unblacklist my phone. But Cell C (Customer Care Call Centre and Menlyn Cell C) refused to help me as they said I am not a Cell C customer they cannot go onto their system. I am running around trying to fix Cell C error and they are unwilling to help me. How can they expect me to accept that i have an I-phone 7 which I can no longer use? Very un UCX like of them! in the mean time their Customer that phone was ****** is probably still working and the ******* scored a working Iphone 7. I demand Cell C to get in contact with me and take my IMEI number, proof of purchase and undone their misstake as it is unacceptable!!! Vodacom even provided me with the ITC number that Cell C used. I am curious to see whether Cell C would own up to their mistake and fix it or whether they are just going to say no you are not a Cell C customer we cant do anything . Cell C the ball is now in your court! proof me wrong as the image that I got from Cell C is not very good, not having a Customer whether an existing or a possible one interest in mind, and not very accurate when it comes to taking information like an IMEI number
