Cell C blackdata misleading

After finishing my 200GB prepaid data bundle I wanted to buy the same bundle again.

First I bought 1GB data via my banking app that doesn't use data to go on the cell c website where I bought the "black data" bundle of 200GB for R1500 however the internet stopped shortly after.

Then I bought another 1GB via the banking app to get cell c contact details only to be told blackdata can only be used on their black.co.za website or app and could not be exchanged for regular data after which the call was dropped.

No attempt is made on cell c's website to even mention this important difference. Here I just spent R1800 and have no data!
