Cell C - Black Services - Robns clients for movies on Pre order - and does not release the movie !!!

I purchased a movie that was on pre order in May - the movie released on August 23rd - My account was debited in May - however since the release of the movie i am unable to download. Cell C says its not their problem yet - Black services do not have a call center - i have sent serveral mails and no one is able to assist - this is beyond unprofessional - how can CELL offer products they are not able to support ? Black does not seem to have a technical team or any escalation channels ?? Money has gone off my account and no body is s****ed enough to give me feedback.
