Cell C black box - not working: no proper assistance received to resolve issue

Cell C black box. Signed up for Cell C fibre with black box deal with high expectations. So disappointed in service I received. First appointment made by consultant for set up was not kept then another person came out next day. Black box still not working after numerous e mails sent to black box support. There is no call centre that can be contacted for assistance in resolving my issue.
