Cell c black

I have recently upgraded my Cell C contract. My new contract in addition to other benefits also includes Cell C black data. This has been promoted all over the network as well as their stores. The catch with this is that in order to utilize this so called black data you have to purchase and pay for a black subscription. Now throughout all these black data adds and promotions this is never once mentioned and seems ultimately misleading. Shame on cell c for giving something that is free but only if you pay for it. Go figure ????♀️
