Cell C bills expired contracts

Cell is the worst at canceling contracts, I have been trying to cancel an expired contract for the past two months without any luck. Their cancellations unit is very dysfunctional, they confirm your cancellation only to continue billing you for an inactive account.!!!!! The staff is rude and hang up on calls when you try to do a follow up, absolutely never going back there again, non-one should. It’s not worth the headache.
