Cell C Billing system *******

<p>I am Totally mad with cell c, the kind of poor service you give to your clients. i have a contract with cell c that i was suppose to be billed R99 a month but from the day i started using it ive never been billed R99. R350 is always deducted from my account, when i called to inquire about the matter i didnt get help. today ive called cell c billing department 4 times. the first time i called Sphiwe answered very unproffesionally he kept talking to poeple on the background and he dropped the call, 4th attempt rudely asked me to call back because his System is not working. so how does one get help from cell c.</p>
