Cell C billing pathetic

Cell C must have the worst billing syste in the country, they probably employ people that do not know anything about accounting. We have been struggling for months for them toget our bill right. What they do is draw the debit order, it goes through and then they add R69 for a supposedly rejected debit order, even when you do an cash or eft payment 10 days before the due payment date they still do the same. Probably some scheme to make more money to survive. The should get their act together or lose customer's. Their call centre is even more pathetic with lots of excuses and apologies but they also don't get it right.
