Cell C Billing nightmare!!!! YOU SUC****!

I recently upgraded to the Pinnacle 2 Contract at Cell C (8 May'16).

Within 2 weeks I was getting sms' stating that my account limit (set up a R500 limit) was approaching very quickly. I queried this at the Woodmead branch where I was told the "out of bundle" rate was 99c/MB and because I was now "out of bundle", this was what was eating up my limit.

I proceded to explain to the gentleman that the Pinnacle contract's "out of bundle" rate is 15c/MB (as advertised on both the brochures AND website) and at first he disagreed whith me. I then showed him their brochure, which confirmed the 15c/MB rate.

We then contacted the Cell C helpline from the Woodmead shop. The lady on the other end also stated a 99c/MB rate, which I once again pointed out was incorrect.

Since then, I have spoken to AT LEAST x3 "so called" Cell C helpdesk representatives who were all unaware of this fact.

I also requested my Itimised Billing for the data and sumarized thousands of lines in the Excel document, showing them that it was in fact impossible for my limit to be reached given the data used @ a rate of 15c/MB.

So I got my account today and lo and behold... Another rediculous amount, clearly calculated using the 99c/MB rate. What is even more rediculous, is that the amount is WAY OVER the sum of the monthly subscription + R500 limit I set in the first place. WHY DO I HAVE THIS LIMIT IN PLACE THEN CELL C????? If you can just willy-nilly decide to Bill me whetever you feel like????

What is even more disturbing is that I have not had a single reply to any one of my written queries? I have called x3 times, sent more than x3 e-mails and NOTHING!!!
