Cell C billing
I have a contract with Cell C for 24 months for an amount of R587 payable monthly for 24months , the company has gone and changed the amount to R608 a month without consulting me , meaning they changed the terms of our contract without both parties agreeing to it which is me and them like we agreed to it when I took out the contract. They didn't consider the affordability part of the matter This company I really ****ed up, when I called them I was given a reference number and told a senior consultant or manager will call me back and that was 2 weeks ago and to this day I still have not received anything

25 Jan 2023, 12:06Hi CellC, that is your problem that you have no affected any increase since 2019 legally you sold me a lie because then I took out my contract after 2019 you should have notified me that there is an annual increase of a certain percentage
Theb why market something for R200 for 24 months if you know the price is going to change? You are lying to customers
Why is it that other companies are able to to tell their customers that there is an annual increase of a certain amount or percentage
I would still like to be sent proof that an SMS was sent to me because I wouldn't be complaining if I was notified
