Cell C Billed me incorrectly

<p>I took up a 5gb Data contract with Cell C at the end of May, which was on promotion for R99 per month. However, I noticed that Cell C is charging me R199 instead which is a breach of the contract. I demand to be refunded and charged correctly.</p>
