CELL C BILLED ME FOR SOMEONE'S ELSE CONTRACT FOR A NUMBER THAT I DON'T EVEN KNOW AND THAT WAS NOT PART OF DEAL

Good day My name is Tandolwetu, I opened a contract with Cell C for a cellphone monthly fee +-R450.00 in January 2022 for my number 081...…. I requested a statement last month February 2022 I saw that there are 2 contracts opened under my name for my number 081...….. and 084...…. and this number I don't even know for a fee +-R300. I spoke with different consultants and they advised me to send an Affidavit with my ID and I did that, did a follow up and they said it is going to take long with the investigations I must just continue paying the +-R800 per month they will refund me after the investigations are done. This is ridiculous and it is a disgrace for me to pay for someone's else contract. My reference is ***

Good day, Cell C has managed to cancel the contract they have added under my name without my acknowledgement but now the issue is they want me to pay R3 060.00 for the cancellation fee of the contract. It was them who committed ***** by adding a contract under my name, why must I pay for the cancellation?... Please assist me, I am so tired of Cell C and if they don't come right by me I will have to take them to court for ********** and it is a serious offence. I have queried with them and my reference is ***, I am relying on you I know you will be able to get this resolved.
