Cell C Bill when i do not have a contract with them

<p>I have just receive an invoice from cell c that i will be billed an amount of R649.20. firstly after going through so much stress with you people having to refund me my money which was sorted i asked you nicely to remove my banking details from your system. why am i still receiving bills from you when i paid you off? do me a favor and please sort this out. you will not be debiting me any amount from my account on the 20th. i don't understand why this terrible company wont just leave me alone. the reference number received is ********** 485. please sort it out immediately. </p>
